I was inspired by my verse of the day, Proverbs 3:5. It reminds me to look to God for wisdom, instead of myself!
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5
I need to lean on God
Because only He knows
What path I should take
And where I should go
God is the only influence
That I should hear
For He knows what is best
And will make it clear
My own wisdom
Is not what I need
For the full picture of my life
Only God can see
So I will lean on Him
To answer my questions
And rely on Him
For divine intervention
