Temporary Views

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, and what is unseen is eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:18

Father I pray that You will

Help me fix my eyes on You

I ask that I would not be distracted

By this world's temporary views

Let me see the promises in Your word

And keep my heart centered on them

Hide Your word in my heart and

Remove the momentary problems

Fill me with Your Holy Spirit

So I will cling to Your word

Keep me still in Your promises

So I will be reassured
