Sometimes it is easy for my mind
To be taken over by my flesh
This is why I must be diligent
And ask God my mind to refresh
This world vies for our attention
It cares not about our souls
We must seek God's face always
Asking Him my sins to atone
Father renew and restore me
Constantly refreshing this soul
Help me say no to my flesh and
Empower me to give You control
