You died a horrific death
To be ransomed for us
You did nothing wrong yet
You submitted to the cross
You made yourself a lamb
To be a sacrifice for our sin
Dying the death of a criminal
So we could live again
Praise You my Father for
You are our Saviour and Lord
Giving us an eternal life
We otherwise could not afford
