Praying Intentionally

Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. Colossians 4:2

Father help me be intentional

When I kneel to talk to You

Not praying to You haphazardly

But with the reverence You are due

Let the words I speak be

Corresponding with Your will

Not only asking things of You but

Asking how my purpose to fulfill

Father You are the Caretaker

Of my heart and soul

I pray my devotion to prayer

To You is always invulnerable
