Why do hard things happen

At the most wonderful time of year

I don't know the answer but

I know one thing is clear

No matter what our tribulation

Trouble or trial may be

God is always with us and

Never will He leave

If you are going through a valley

Lift your eyes up to the Lord

Tell Him what's on your heart

And know you He has heard
