I have been posting a lot about remembering God and His goodness. I keep using the same verse. I think God wants me to keep this verse as my weapon when I lay down to sleep to help fight off thoughts of worry and regret. I am still grieving the loss of Miller, my dog, and reliving his death. I know God wants me to remember the gift and blessing that was Miller, not his death. I think God is telling me to remember his good life, not his death! God is my Counselor!
I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes I will remember your miracles of long ago. Psalm 77:11
Let You be my focus
My Father and King
I want You in my thoughts
Before the night You bring
Be my only persuasion
As I lay down at night
Remove the negativity
That wants me to fight
Fill my head with Your
Amazing love and grace
Remove this veil of sadness
That wants to take Your place
