This was my verse today. I have always strived to be a Proverbs 31 woman, not always successfully. The only time I am successful is when I have asked God to direct me. He keeps me focused on what matters to Him, not me. Today I pray my focus is on God and not my selfish desires.
Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Proverbs 31:30
I want to be intentional
With how I interact with others
I want God’s love to show
To all my sisters and brothers
I want to be intentional
What how I live everyday
I want others to see Jesus
When they look my way
I want to be intentional
With the gifts God has given
Generously sharing with all
Until I’m taken to heaven
I want to be intentional
With how I share God’s word
Never hiding what He gives to me
But letting Him be heard
