Good Affliction

It was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn Your decrees. Psalm 119:71

Thank You my Lord

For my current afflictions

I know You will use them

To give me Your direction

I pray You teach me Lord

And fill me withYour insight

Protect me from evil

And help me be Your light

Encourage me when I fail

Because I know I will

Reassure me of Your presence

And remind me to be still
