Deliberate Intention

I wrote this after my morning devotional. The devotional said it is easy to be angered but one shows self-discipline to be kind always. I want to be deliberate in all that I do in my life, with God's help! God is good!

Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Psalms 51:10

I want to live for God

With a deliberate intention

To focus on His goodness

With the help of divine intervention

I want to live for God

All other thoughts are less

Turning my focus on Him and

Leaving the other thoughts to rest

I want to live for God

And remember what He has done

Thanking Him constantly

From morning till day is done
