Not saying something mean

Keeping my thoughts to myself

Is sometimes a hard thing

It can be hard to hold your tongue

Especially when Your being attacked

God is teaching me silence and

That you can’t take words back

Help me Father to be silent

When someone wants to berate

Instead let me pray for them

And dispense all the hate
