What is love? God tells us love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. Sometimes love is hard to do! It can be difficult to love even family. I think it is because they tend to see us at our worst. Truth be told, I definitely can be hard to love. We all have those days, don’t we? I do!
I love this bible verse because it tells us how God loves and how we should love – patiently, kindly, not boastful, without pride and envy. Today I am going to attempt to love everyone, even the hard to love people, including myself. Sometimes the hardest to love are ourselves. So let’s love ourselves like God does and love others like God does! We don’t know what others have been through, but God does. He loves them and so should we! With great love to all! It does not hurt others
Love is constant
Even When we are bothered
Love shows affection
When we are annoyed
It isn’t jealous
It’s overjoyed
Love is never ending
Even if we are hurt
It covers our wounds
And never deserts
Love loves always
No matter the circumstance
Love should prevail over hate
And give others a chance.
